Ladue Lookout Package

Named after Flores LaDue, an accomplished roper, performer, and wife of Calgary Stampede founder Guy Weadick, the venue is located on the north end of the second level of the GMC Stadium. It provides a unique space to host your group in the heart of the action.

This space can accommodate private groups of 50 to 75 people, or semi-private for groups of 20 – 40. The hearty buffet meal will satisfy all menu preferences including those with dietary restrictions.

After your meal, you move to your seats adjacent to LaDue Lookout on Level 2 of GMC Stadium! Upgrades are available on request and at additional cost. Post-event, enjoy the rest of what Stampede Park has to offer.

Both Rodeo and Evening Show packages will receive:

• Entry to Stampede Park

• Access to LaDue Lookout from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. for the Rodeo or from 5:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. for the Evening Show

• Your choice of a host or ticketed bar.

• Gourmet cuisine prepared by our Executive Chef.

• Reserved seats in Level 1 of GMC Stadium to watch the Rodeo or Evening Show. Upgrades are available at an additional cost.

Rodeo Itinerary

11:00 a.m. – Arrive and make our way to the LaDue Lookout on the second level of GMC Stadium.

11:00 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. – Enjoy lunch and mingle with your guests.

1:15 - 2:00 p.m. - Move to your seats and settle in for the Rodeo.

1:30 p.m. – Calgary Stampede Rodeo begins.

4:00 - 4:30 p.m. – Rodeo concludes.

Post-Event - Explore the rest of what Stampede Park has to offer.

Evening Show Itinerary

5:00 p.m. – Arrive and make our way to the LaDue Lookout on the second level of GMC Stadium.

5:00 - 7:30 p.m. – Enjoy dinner and mingling with your guests in this private space

7:30 p.m. - Move to your seats and settle in for the chuckwagon races and evening show

7:30 p.m. – Chuckwagon races begin, followed by the Relay Races, Evening Show and Fireworks Finale

11:15 p.m. – Evening Show concludes
